About CRF United Kingdom

CRF is a global publishing organisation with local publishing houses around the world. The company is an independent organisation that initiates and co-ordinates international research projects in business worldwide. CRF aims to contribute to a better awareness and understanding of corporate culture, effective human resource management and the business strategies of successful enterprises by researching the key factors behind their success and publishing its findings.

Since CRF started operating in the UK in 1995 it has run up to five different projects, and currently runs three anually: Britain's Top Employers, Top IT Employers United Kingdom and Top Legal Employers United Kingdom.  Each of these are very successful and they are well established in the employment marketplace for their respective industries. Any organisation that is successfuly accredited by one of these projects will receive the CRF quality seal: the recognition given by CRF UK to top performers and a strong reward for these selected companies as it is an incentive and inspiration for (future) staff, investors, clients and all other stakeholders alike.

CRF represents a combined initiative of business journalists, analysts, trade associations and international publishers and has been active since 1991. It has offices in the UK, Belgium, China, France, Germany, Italy, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland and The Netherlands, and awards quality seals that are internationally recognisable based on the results of its projects.
